Delete your account

Hunters and anglers don't have an account

Nothing to delete: the app asks you for no account and no contact details. To withdraw your ad consent, tap "Privacy options" in the app.

Guides: in the app

1. Open GuideHunter and tap "Become a guide"You land on "My offers".
2. Tap the "Account" menu, then "Delete my account"Google asks you to confirm your account.
3. That's itYour offers come off the map, then your offers, profile and account are deleted. This can't be undone.

Guides: without the app

Email contact@kallistesoft.ca from your Google account's address, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your offers, profile and account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your offers (they leave the map)
• Your profile: name, email, phone, website
• Your account: email address and Firebase ID
